is the cl of the year award fair.

I say this having looked at keal lodge and what a lovely site it is,however looking at the website and the set up rally field,caravan storage ,metered electricity,and £15.00 per night etc,is this really a cl apart from the 5 van rule.I just think that the average cl 1 acre field chem disposal point electric hook up are never going to be in the same category.I always thought the definition of a cl was get away from it all with minimum facilities.i am just acting as devils advocate,sorry.
