Stonelees Golf Centre CL.
Site visited: 7th to 16th September 2012.
This long narrow site sits between the main approach and the golf-clubs own access roads. It has a slope along its length and manoeuvrability is restricted only if you are the last to arrive. Each pitch has an electic and water point.
Campers are able to use the toilet and shower facilities in the club house which are brand new and of the highest quality. There is a bar and also a restaurant which serves very good food. Campers to the CL can play golf for a reduced rate on any of the clubs 3 courses. There is a driving range and a massive American Golf Shop attached to the club house.
All the staff at this golf centre were welcoming, helpful and always seemed to have a smile on their faces. Wonderful!
A very good CL. Highly recommended.
