Club Officers making secret stays

On the Club Together Forum, there seems to be many complaints about abuse of licensing on CL's , with either poor facilities, uncut grass and too many vans above the 5 van limit.  Any CL abiding by the regulations would not be frightened to have club official stay in secret and watch what is going on at a site, and also talk to visiting members to get information about other CL's and possibly Club sites that they have used. This exercise would open a few cans of worms no doubt, but would give confidence to members that what they read about a site is what they get, and that someone is looking after Club interests. This would be no different than the secret shopper exercise used by businesses to monitor their performance.
