Closed CLs

We have a listing of cl's that have opened over the last year on here. Is there a one for those that have closed.

A cl close to me has disappeared from the website. It is not so long ago that I recall seeing it on here with a new set of directions so I know it was there. I have looked back over the last few months in The Magazine closure listings but there is no sign of it there either.

The name is: The Old Stables, Peatling Magna, Wigston, Leicestershire

Any ideas

ET. this has come about at the request of a friend who wanted to go there and I told him to look at the website entry. So I have no need to phone the site.

I just found it strange as to where the entry has gone as some time ago I seem to recall seeing it. Which in turn got me thinking that as the owners are elderly and close for the winter around about now have they actually decided to give up. I have looked back through the last 6 Magazines and can't find any mention in the closures section.

Harryb, we decided to close our site this year and although I notified the CC in February the closure wasn't printed in the magazine until June I think although the website entry had already disappeared. Perhaps that has happened with The Old Stables.

Harry, I've got it marked as close from the July 2016 magazine. I always score through those that are listed as closed in the magazine and mark the date.

Oakapple, we were very sorry that you decided to close your CL. We thought it was just our sort of site.Sad

NTH Thanks for that. It was a nice site but as I said the owners were elderly so obviuosly they have called it a day. Such a pity

No problems, harry. I wonder if whoever buys the property, in due course, of course, will reopen it, as it has the EHU and other fittings in place.
