Don't know how far you'd be prepared to travel from CL to collect food, but a CL we can recommend in S.Cumbria with B&B attached is Old Barn Farm, Newby Bridge No.290 in Site Directory.

Layhead Farm is nice, but the caravan pitches are very close together.  We've stayed a few times.

Do you need a B&B spk?  or would a holiday cottage work for you?

I was more thinking of CL/CS sites that also have a holiday cottage (for your daughter) rather than B&B.  Although that option would probably work out to be more expensive.

There is a nice CL we've used which also does B&B, but doesn't really fit your requirements of being near a town to get a takeaway.  It's also in Lancashire, rather than Cumbria or W. Yorks Laughing

Orcaber Farm, Austwick (used to be a CS)  is a lovely site.  close to Settle where there are takeaway's.  No B&B, but they do have a holiday cottage.  May be too expensive, but could be worth enquiring?

The site now has 7 hardstanding pitches, some are fully serviced, plus grass pitches. There are also toilets and showers which are heated.  Also dog friendly Smile

Spk, take a look at Ashfield Caravan Site, located in Lockton near Pickering. Simon and Carol have a gorgeous "Garden Room" option, that overlooks their lovely CL. We used it with family last year, and had a lovely time. It is not strictly B&B, but has all you need for breakfast of your choice, and of course you can use it as well. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor, private ensuite. We also use a fabulous Indian restuarant in Pickering called Spice4U on a regular basis, only 15 minutes easy drive from this lovely CL. ( we use this place a lot as great for dogs, lots to see and do ) Hope this is useful as an option.Happy
