CL owners and their dogs!

Our dogs are always on a lead and kept behind a windbreak however on numerous occasions we have had the CL owner come to collect payment or check and they bring their dog with them and generally in every case the dog has never been on a lead.

Their dogs then proceed to do dumps around your caravan which you have to pick up plus while the owner is hovering around with their dogs and it sets off all the dogs in the campsite barking.

Can CL owners be a little considerate towards their paying customers and leave their dogs behind or put them on a lead while on the CL?  It would also help if the CL owner picked up after theri dog or dogs!
