CL owners - advice needed about creating a new CL

We would be grateful for some advice on setting up a new CL. Specifically the cost of providing services.

For some years we've been nursing an ambition to buy a property with land so that we can create our own CL.  Retirement has now provided our opportunity and we've found a lovely bungalow in a beautifully peaceful part of south Hampshire with a perfect flat field of one acre.

We need to provide services, and the most difficult seems to be the provision of a toilet emptying point. Because of the chemicals involved we're guessing we will need to provide a separate cesspit so  that we don't contaminate our existing septic tank system. Is this what CL owners normally do?  If so, what size cesspit is required?  And how much is this likely to cost? And how often will it need emptying?

If we can overcome this obstacle then providing water and electric points seems relatively straightforward.  Any help appreciated, many thanks.
