As CLs aren't owned or run by CC the same rules/guidelines applicable to Club sites can't be enforced. If, however, standards are below par, CC can withdraw the exemption certificate.

I hope you make your concerns known to the CL owner, SubE, and covered the issue in a review so other members are made aware.

Navigateur,

Name and shame!

Oh, and drop a line to their local Fire Brigade Fire Prevention Officer.

You intimate that a Caravan Club rule is some kind of law....God help us!SurprisedLaughing

Who mentioned:-

1 - Caravan Club

2 - Rule(s).?

Such spacing is just DANGEROUS. Unfortunately some people do not see dangers and that is why organisations have to introduce rules in order to overcome ignorance. [And not just caravaning organisations]

I guess that 99% of European, caravanners, motorhomers and tent campers simply like to live 'dangerously'.

Wow, I see our trips in a new and exciting light nowSurprisedSmile

Please do a review of this site Coll, as size of pitches/spacing is of importance to us, and quite a few other CL users we know. A balanced review, of good and bad points is worth its weight in gold to regular CL users. Not bothered about stuff such as noisy neighbours, a barking dog etc.. As these probably won't affect future visitors, but issues like spacing, road noise, ground conditions are very useful. Thanks.
