Hello everyone,I have just booked a short holiday at a CL in the North Yorks Moors.Checking on the road atlas the most obvious route is via the A 64,then the A 169 towards Whitby. The road negotiates Blue Bank Hill near Sleights. I recall, many many years ago my father driving in this area in a side valve Ford Popular and all the children in the back, myself included, had to get out and push the car up the hill. My memory is not precise enough to be certain whether this was Blue Bank or perhaps the road towards Helmsley (Sutton Bank?). I am aware that there is an absolute prohibtion on caravans on the Helmsley road but I think that Blue Bank is o.k. despite the advisory signs for buses etc. Caqn any members confirm this?  P.S. I have a reasonably modern outfit and feel pretty confident that I can manage most hills. Thanks in anticipation, Mick Rumble
