We have a Ford Kuga FHEV 2.5L 2023 ST Line X max towing weight 1600kg

It towed our 1300kg Swift Challenger competently without any trouble on two trips last year, mpg whilst towing was around 30mpg - exceptional for a petrol hybrid!

We've swapped our Swift for a 1500kg Coachman Pastiche with a short weekend run 3/4 loaded, no problems.

It will be tested fully in a couple of weeks when we go up to Melrose from Peterborough and back via Hawes.....

30+ mpg seem about the norm for these modern PHEV, even using 10 petrol. If you drop your towing speed down to 55mph you may see 34mph, hybrids have a sweet spot.
