Just had a towbar fitted to my 2008 Renault Laguna, but the rear undertray was not refitted (removed to fit the towbar and before refitting would need to be cut to accomodate towbar and electrics fittings) - the towbar fitter claimed that the undertray does not really serve any useful purpose and refitting is more trouble than it's worth - true or false?
