Does anyone have an experience of towing with one of these? My caravan has an MTPLM approaching 1500kg and I'm wondering if the Renault would be a suitable match.

Cannot help you about what they are like but autotrader states minimum kerbweight is 1780kg so should be a good tower weight wise and the 2l diesel has 190bhp so all in all looks ok with your caravan mtplm.

Sorry they are the new models but 177bhp and minimum 1660kg should be fine.

Search koleos towing reviews. There are a few, but don't believe all you read I've had so good towcars that have had mediocre reviews.

Watch out for the auto box it's a CVT it's down rated from the manual 2000kg max to 1650kg. Whereas torque converter boxes usually have a higher capability the equivalent manual box cars.
