I'm looking for advice on  wireless camera's to mount on my motorhome so I can see my car on my trailer when I am going down the highway and make sure things are ok back there.

is it not illegal to have a screen showing when driving, as my dashcam turns the screen of after 30 secs so as not a distraction. thats why revesing cameras only come on when reversing.

No, it is only illegal to watch a televised broadcast or DVD signal when driving. I think you will find that the screensaver on your dash cam is a user option in the set up menu.

Our reversing camera is a hard wired and factory fitted one ,wouldn’t be without it ,always on when towing out car on a-frame.like has been said I fear a wireless one would be temperamental but I maybe wrong.
