Hi Biggsy
I tow a twin axle Elddis Crusader (1800KG) with my 2017 Santa Fe Auto. I get around 24/25 mpg towing and around 34 mpg combined when not towing. It pulls the van very well, hill starts are no problem and pulls away from a stand still quite briskly.

Hi. I tow a Unicorn Seville with my manual 2018 Santa Fe. Just returned from France, copes with all but very steepest hills in 6th, 60mph with cruise control. Fully loaded, it returned around 26 mpg towing, not that great with a 2 berth behind, but it’s a good stable but heavy car.

I have a 2018 auto towing 1600kg Coachman. Long runs high twenties is possible. I think it is about 320miles tank range when towing, and my last trip abroad (not towing) got me home from the middle of Holland on one tank, 480miles.
Tows fantastically, stable, solid, comfortable, powerful.
