Hi,

I'm collecting our new swift caravan next week and plan to use my custom double cab LWB as the tow car.

Swift don't allow vehicles with leaf springs to tow due to the vibrations caused by the springs,

after some research I have found two options:

1) shocklink

2) Flexitow

has anyone used either and if so on a custom can you please add a photo.

I'm concerned that the shocklink will stand too high making rear access impossible to the van.

many thanks for your help

Hi, appreciate your post is a few years old now. Just wondering how you got on with your transit custom and did you add anything additional?

I've been buying a transit custom crew cab to tow my caravan but not sure what to do?

I'm in similar position to you were in.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks kevin
