Check pin 9 is 12v (pin3 earth) it's a live feed which is used for ATC. It should have a 20 A fuse, could be in line or piggybacked in the cars fuse box.

 On a 13 pin it will be pin 9 for 12v+ and pin 13 for its earth return.

I take it the brand new Bailey is for delivery next year? according to reports in the media ,stocks of L/Vs at dealers are non existant this year with the big surge in Staycations and most L/Vs coming self contained with their own toilet/shower to minimise "sharing" facilities when away
