Storage compound pitches

Hi there, anybody out there had storage pitch problems. I recently went to get my van any my storage pitch was under water which is simply not acceptable. I contacted REGIONAL MANAGER- DAVID GRAY and to be quite honest i got no help at all from him. Therefore i contacted the site wardens and wow, they were very understanding and within a couple of weeks they had sorted my problems out. I invite you to let me know any probs you may have had and if it was solved. !!!
