Alderstead Heath Caravan Club Storage

I live in South West London and thought Alderstead Heath CC would be a great place to store my caravan. About 6 months ago I phoned the site on a number of occasion and left many messages on their answerphone, none of which were answered. I visited the site and was told there was no space and I could not even place my name on a waiting list. 6 months have passed so I thought I would call again. Answerphone again left message no reply. Has anyone else actually managed to store their caravan there? How did you manage it?
