11% increase in storage costs

I notice from the latest leaflet regarding storage prices that my current all year storage location with the Caravan Club will be increased in price by 11%. It will now be £500 per year.

There have been no improvements to facilities provided and it isn't fully booked, so how can the Club justify such an increase.

Anybody else noticed an over-inflation increase ?

There's a CL not far from Chichester that also caters for storage. They have even gone as far as cementing steel poles into the ground topped by tow balls, so that you can lock your van in place with a hitch lock in attition to the wheel lock.
