Warranty parts

Just wandering if anyone else is having trouble getting Chausson parts from there dealer I have been waiting for 10 months for wall panel and tape to come from France so my dealer tells me waiting for a container still waiting other parts came in December this is warranty work but nobody at dealer seems to help any suggestions would be welcome

Don't know about Chausson - but I had a similar experience with Knaus parts. Dealer blamed it on Brexit and the fact that those parts were waiting in a container in this country for customs clearance.
