Can someone please help with the following?

I have a Bailey Unicorn IV Cadiz, bought new in April 2018.I have a TV for use in the caravan.I do not have a satellite dish.

In the overhead locker beside the door, there is a box with the words "Vision Plus" printed on it.

I want to stand my TV on the shelf beside the fridge.I assume that I should put one end of the aerial cable into the TV & the other end into the aerial socket which is beside the electric socket.Am I on the right track?

When I use the roof antenna, how should the cables be arranged into & out of the "Vision Plus" box?

When I am using the external aerial point, should the cables into & out of the "Vision Plus" box be arranged differently?

I tried changing the cables for the "Vision Plus" box to use the external aerial but I could not get it right & now I cannot remember where they should be.

You shouldn't have to touch the vision plus only to turn it on. the connection for tv should all work without swapping leads. get an app like "antenna aligner" and lift aerial and point to nearest tv station and then tune TV to that station. This will have to be done from each site you visit. Don't forget to drop the aerial before departure. should be instructions with the van. You can always ask somebody already on site for assistance.

As stated you should not need to touch the leads on the vision plus box. However, presumably you only adjusted TV 1 and TV 2. If it is like our earlier U2 Cadiz, one will feed the mid TV port, the other the front.

We could never get the external aerial socket to work properly. In the end I just unscrewed the cable from the back of the external connection ( it was a satellite screw type connector) and connected a new bit of coaxial cable, which I fed under the beds and up to the back of the TV.

When using the roof aerial you need to press the little switch on the vision plus box. It puts a LED on and powers the signal booster. It's not immediately obvious and took me a while to realise, as our previous caravan booster didn't have a switch. It's not needed for an exterior feed, as this is already boosted.

The Vision Plus amplifier on my caravan has various co-ax cables going to/from it.There are two black cables each plugged into TV1 & TV2 (the two socket outlets in the caravan) and the white cable from the roof top aerial itself plugged into Ant In. However, there is also another red/brown co-ax lurking in the cupboard & that is the cable coming from the external socket in the side of my battery box so I can plug that into Ant In instead of the white cable from the rooftop aerial and plug the bollard into the socket in the battery box.
