We collected our brand new Swift caravan on 11th Feb, and one week later received a letter from Swift outlining this problem with Truma bar-b-q point. The detail in the letter is virtually identical to that on the Truma website, and we are invited to check the Part number, and if required, to take to a Swift or Truma service centre to get it fixed at no cost.

Same with us, picked up van on 10th Feb, then got letter from Truma so as we have got faulty part will have to get dealer to change. Means a 16 mile  round trip whilst not too bad is still a bother.
