Thetford Fridges/hobs

Hi  has any member had any probs with Thetford fridges not getting coo lenough in summer or when having heating on in van? Mine has a temperture of around 10 deg in door where milk/cheese is stored in summer or having heating on. My van is six months old  dealer has checked it and agrees temperature rises when heating on fridge has had replacement door It appears there is not enough insulation in the door tho Thetford have said i am the only person to complain about it. Am i the only one has this prob have you checked your fridge with thermometer?

Also i have prob with pan supports on hob letting pans wobble about  Pans should be held stable to avoid accidents again i am only one to complain according to Thetford  is it me just being unlucky?
