I currently use CoPilot but with the changes in the marketing of this product Sygic is looking to be the more cost effective sat nav for use on a tablet or smart phone.
Does anyone use this sat nav, if so what version and what are your views on it? Can you load third party POIs onto it and how easy is this to do?

PD, I would’ve thought by contacting the actual company you can throw any question(technical or no) at them & get a definitive reply. I contacted them after I first bought the original app, they gave me all the answers I was seeking, very professional & approachable something that was lacking with my TomTom experience.

There is a free 2 week trial and I intend to use that on my next trip out.
I did download the truck version for a trial run on a Samsung tabet but only got to use it a couple of times in parallel with Co-Pilot Truck so it wasn't an exhaustive test but here are my impressions.
I took an immediate dislike to the map presentation which you do not seem to be able to alter. In my view it is a bit "Mickey Mouse," although it is very clear as are the input commands, directions and labelling. I just happen to prefer the British presentation and colours of the A and B roads, major routes and motorways and I hated the green background. However, I did think the presentation of POIs was better but as yet I haven't found a way to display specific types. I also have not tried loading third party POIs although there are instructions on how to do this.
It definitely does not function like Co-Pilot so it was a learning curve getting to know the ins and outs and I don't think I completely mastered it with the limited testing I carried out but I found it especially awkward to pre-plan routes.
When planning a route you are presented with alternatives but on one occasion it definitely planned a route along roads I would not normally travel with a larger vehicle. So I suspect the alogirthm is not as good as Co-Pilot.
It is available to download on a 2 week trial after which some functionality is turned off unless you buy a licence. It is therefore easy to try this App for yourself and decide as to its usefulness.
I could get used to the map presentation but for the time being I intend to stick with my tried and tested Co-Pilot.
