Rivo 350

Unfortunately one of the extending roof poles on our Kampa Rivo 350 awning buckled in the recent storm.  Dometic have recently taken over this brand and the part is no longer available.  We have tried various outlets, but without success. We found the sun canopy very useful and therefore if anyone out there has a Rivo 350, or at least the pole that we can purchase, we would be grateful for your assistance.
