Replacing Truma mover rollers

I've used the 'Search' facility with various keywords looking for previous posts but it doesn't seem to be a very effective search facility.

I'm trying to replace the rollers (on my CAMC member son's) caravan whilst he is at work :-(.

I have removed the outer end plate assembly (item 44 in the diagram) but I can't get the roller to release from the other (drive) end. I have the new rollers (excellent service from Peak Caravan Services) and an exploded drawing of the mover/roller unit so am aware of the mechanics of it and it appears that the worn roller should just come away at the drive end with a light tap or two. The roller is somewhat hidden/shrouded so getting a decent direct hit on it isn't easy.

I've had the drive end flooded with WD40 for several days. Has anyone had this issue and solved it, maybe using heat or more force to remove it?
