We will be picking up our Elddis 2018 Autoquest Chatsworth 185 in a couple of weeks.  Reading through some of the specs on line it seems that the 4 reading lights are 10w 12v Halogen each.  Will just changing the bulbs for 12v Led work ok - do I need to do anything else, and if so how easy would that be?  Any help appreciated.

We have done that change several times. Yes, no problem with changing to 12v LED. Two things to note. The fitting of the halogen bulbs, there are several types, from small bayonet to two wire pins. Whatever you have in halogen will also be available in LED. Secondly, and perhaps more important, is the aim of the light from the LED, some are more sideways than straight ahead. You will make your choice dependent on the style of the light fitting. Some LED bulbs are physically longer than the halogen version, and can stick out of the light fitting a bit, may be important if there is any form of closure on the end of your fitting. Watch out for 'colour temperature' of the LED bulb, they can be a bit stark white compared to the mellow yellow of the halogen.
