Pyramid Tuscany awning instructions

I've bought this awning to go with my newly acquired 5 berth Bailey Discovery 400 - so grandchildren can join us. I found the instructions for the awning on www.canvaslove.co.uk - very useful site. I seem to have all the poles listed for my 950cm A6105 awning, but on the instructions, I note there should be '10 x 25mm x 102mm reduced one end T on other end 08 internal' poles that I don't have. Can anyone help me understand what's missing, either someone who owns the same model, or can I contact a helpful dealer since I can't find contact details for Pyramid. Thanks.
