Oyster sat problems and helpful people.

Since our last trip away three weeks ago we have had a problem with our oyster sat equipment, just would not lock on to satellite.My other half tweeked and fiddled around with it trying to follow the instruction booklet to no avail.we then found a number for anthony Reed in  northamptonshire what a help nothing was too much trouble for him and after several phone calls ! in which he phoned us we were up and running  again.Considering the equipment was not even supplied by Anthony just thought I would let people know of his superb service.
