Outdoor Revolution New York Porch Awning??

We currently have an Isabella Capri full awning for our Swift Challenger Sport 586 and are looking to purchase a porch awning for weekends.  Ideally we want to be able to get a small table and 4 chairs in there, and want it to be flush against the van, not over a window etc.

Our local dealer has suggested an Outdoor Revolution New York, does anyone have one of these? if so, any good?
