Hi, I just thought I would share my experience with trying to purchase a motor mover from Autowfix and have it fitted. I am new to caravaning and my partner is disabled with a brain injury. I can't get our caravan on and off our drive by myself so I thought I would get a motor mover. Autowfix had a special offer in the club magazine for a motor mover and fitting for £599. I went on their website, ordered it and paid for it thinking 3 weeks would be enough time to get it fitted before our first holiday. After a week I hadn't heard anything I phoned them, they said they would phone me back but they didn't. After phoning them a few more times they gave me a fitting date which was the day before our holiday. The morning it should have been fitted the fitter phoned to say he had a migraine and couldn't possibly do it. I phoned the office who again kept saying they would phone me back but didn't. Eventually they said they could fit it the following week which they knew we would be on holiday then so I asked for a refund and had to find some friends to help me get our caravan off our drive so we could go on holiday. We absolutly loved the holiday and can't wait to go again, but two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and they say they will phone me back. I feel completely let down by them and can't go somewhere else to get a motor mover until they give me the refund.
