Mobility Aids

I seem to remember an advert for a caravan step which I presume was fitted to the chassis and would fold or slide out when required. Any one know of this, or have had experience of one? I have also seen a caravan recently with a grab handle by the door which seemed to be held on by suckers rather than bolting through as the fiamma and Millenco seem to do. Any one know of these items would be of great help to my wife and i, thank you
