I'm guessing you've trawled the youtube videos. There are a fair few on there.

As the mounting plate fits between the tow bar and the tow ball wouldn't the torque be the same as fitting just the tow ball to the towbar? I am sure I worked on that principal with my Witter tow bar mounted rack on my Sorento. I don't know if using longer bolts to attach everything together changes the torque settings? Perhaps ED will have a view?

That was different to the one I was looking at, sorry I thought it went behind the towball. Does the clamp use self locking nuts?
