How annoying are these...???

We have just returned from a weekend away on a rally.  First time ever and quite enjoyed it.   What we did not enjoy however was the number of people whose awning alarms kept going off with no provocation.   These gadgets seem to take very little to set them off and it really is anoying that it seems to be the wind that triggers them rather than anyone trying to enter the awning.  Its not a problem we have encountered on Club sites (thank goodness) but on this commercial site it was a real problem.
