HELP PLEASE :-\ (moved from Introductions)

We are brand new to caravaning (& the club - so not sure that I have posted this in the right place).

We have recently purchased a van and new Bradcot Easy system awning and we went on our first trip this easter and we're hooked already. However, after hours of trying, we were unable to work out how to initially assemble the poles- so couldnt even test the awning :-(

I'm led to believe once the poles are initially assembled, its quite easy to put up - but the instructions were one sheet with random badly drawn poles (all numbered) - and none of the actual poles were numbered. We gave up eventually :-((((

Please please can anyone assist? I have checked you tube and the internet but all show it ebing erected after initial assembly ! Any help would be appreciated . Thanks
