We have one like this on the side of our MH. I suppose it does the job but it’s terrifically dazzling for anyone outside unfortunate enough to have it in their eyeline.

Ours is stuck above the door.

Being LED, it doesn’t give a beam of light as such but more of a glow on the surroundings. Ideal for spotting the van on a dark CL though.
