Fiamma Caravanstore

Hi. Has anyone had any issues with the caravanstore awning that attaches as a bag on the awning rail of the caravan? I had a new one fitted to my Eccles Sport in April. However I have noticed at each end the fabric is split. This is caused by the fabric being over the top of a screw at the and caps which has cut through the fabric. Same on both sides. Took it back to dealer who is contacting Fiamma. Anyone else had anything similar? Would be helpful when dealing with Fiamma.
