Bradcot Awnings Customer Service

Hi all. Newbies here. In fact, we have pitched for one night (when we bought the caravan on May 26th), and for four nights last week. Both times at Tredegar Park Newport (excellent site, by the way!).

Tried the new awning last week. Apparenty we didnt have the full complement of fixings, so the awning came loose in the high winds. A very sleepness nightr had by all. 

Anyway, a call to Bradcot Customer Servicve solved everything. A double pack of fixings, AND a replacement upright pole, are in the post. The rep, Amy, was VERY helpful. Nothing but praise for their customer service.
