Hi,

We have a salad bowl basin in our Bailey caravan and find it difficult to clean behind, I have been searching the internet for a light weight Belfast style basin but all I can find is ceramic which is far too heavy, it would be preferable not to have to alter the counter top so I can replace the original basin when we come to sell.

Can anyone recommend a company who supplies/ makes anything that would be suitable?

Regards Colin & Sara

Thinking laterally, would it not be far simpler to fabricate a removable filling piece to fit behind the basin to stop muck going down there?

I'd not contemplate changing the basin as it will involve alterations, especially as you have an eye towards condition when selling.

Do a Google search for - plastic belfast basin. And then 0n the top right of the search options, click on settings and choose advanced search and then where it says must contain this word or phrase type in plastic and go down the pop up and hit search.

Alternatively just use this search with the inverted commas

plastic belfast basin "plastic "

Have you looked on the Prima Leisure site which is Bailey's own spares site. We had a "Belfast" style sink in our previous Bailey motorhome but I can't see how it would replace the existing without a lot of work. If you are going to change better to make it a permanent change?
