Bailey nemesis wheel lock

I have had a Bailey logo nemesis wheel lock since Feb 2022.  Today I foolishly got distracted and failed to remove it.  Ouch would have been a comment if I had noticed!  However only moving a couple of metres to close gates behind me I was surprised to see that the hardened steel bar had just snapped and provided no deterrent to movement.  Owners beware this product is not fit for purpose as any thief could have made off with the caravan when not secured at home by locked gates.

Yes I contacted supplier Prima Leisure.  What a waste of time!  They were more interested in telling me they only gave a 6 month warranty and that I should contact Purple Line myself.  It was a Bailey branded part with no mention of a third party to register with or complain to.  Poor service Prima Leisure will not use them again unless absolutely desperate to get specific Bailey part and then would use a dealer rather than go direct.  Doesn't want me to add photos to this post as files too large but security bar clearly cast metal which will never hold under force.
