Awnings - to buy from a dealer or directly online?

We are about to buy a new awning to fit our new caravan.  Currently we are favouring the Bradcot Residencia.

My question is, should we buy it directly online?  Would that be cheaper?

Or should we look for a dealer?  Would that be better if there are any after sales problems?

I'd be grateful for any advice (and indeed about the Bradcot Residencia if anyone has one).
