Awning Size Bailey Pursuit 430/4 2017

We bought a new to us Bailey Pursuit 430/4 2017, various websites say a Size 13 awning but 2 different awning/accessory dealers say a Size 12.Has anyone the same van and which size awning do you have?

If it doesn't give the size in your handbook measure with string from X to Y as in this diagram
