Awning selection advice for a new Caravan?

Mrs S and I have just ordered a new Swift Challenger SE to get us back into caravaning after a 20+ year gap!  I remember with dread the problems I had with our earlier caravan in getting the awning erected and removed.  Not being 6'4" I had to use a stepladder!.  This time around I have been looking at what options are open to me.  does anyone have experiance of either the Quest Rolli or the Fiamma Caravanstore Zip?  This time around I know that i am going to have to do the work pretty much by myself as Mrs S is mobility limited.  Having looked at the Quest Video it does say that 2 people are needed for part of the process, but is the second person's input more a "steadying" contribution rahter than a "lifting" one.

As an alternative to the above are there any other awning options that you might think would be better?
