Avtex

We bought one of these sets whilst staying at Tredegar House, got back to the caravan, tuned in perfect on Freeview. As we did not have our Sat Dish with us we tried the Freesat at Oswestry and failed miserably, never before have I been so frustrated in not finding the signal, normally within two minutes all lights up hell of a din from the satfinder, must have woke Moulsey up from his forty winks on the next pitch, anyhow I contacted Avtex and they arranged collection, it was returned this morning with no explanation letter, tried ringing them, phone out of order, my point is the guy from Parcel Force today said that he had collected and delivered numerous Avtex TV's over the past couple of weeks. Has anyone else had problems, my model is the all singing all dancing 186DRS, the latest model. Your thoughts please.
