I have just bought a Hymer Exsis-i Silverline, A Class. The heating, hot water etc all work on gas. But I can't get the heating/hot water to work on 240v EHU. The user guide shows a second toggle switch which I can't find. When I turn of the gas and try to turn on the heating/hot water the red light illuminates on the control dial. Any advice please.

From when we were looking at MHs, electric operation of HW and heating  was an optional extra on some vehicles.

Are you sure you have the electric option fitted?

Does anything at all operate on 250 volts to prove you are properly connected?  Are there unset breakers in the main "fuse" box?
