Hello

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the in line filter on their Shurflo water pump. The strainer 255-213 (313) which is a screw on type has broken and I am wanting to replace it with the swivel nut type 255-215 (315), I can't see any reason why it won’t fit but just wanted to make sure before I ordered it. The reason being I have just tried to get domestic water running in our Apache 700 it has not been out since last year due to various reasons.  The pump is only just over 12 Months old but on inspection the filter bowl on the strainer had broke so the pump was drawing air, I bypassed the strainer and thankfully the pump works fine. When the strainer is in position the filter bowl is directly against the side of the Motorhome and I think it's probably been damaged while in transit, the swivel nut type strainer will allow the filter bowl to be located in a better position away from the side of van.

These are from the Pentair Website:

Thanks in advance.
