Please can anyone offer any advice on what we should do
We have a SunLiving ( made by Adria) Motorhome bought new April 2018. In July it needed repairs to a small part of the cab roof. Our dealer ordered the necessary parts from Adria & we paid for them.
The dealer was emailed by Adria saying the parts would arrive from the factory early to mid November and, as we are in Northern Ireland, we took our beloved Motorhome over to the dealer so they could start the repairs as soon as the parts arrived.
November came & went; no parts arrived
December came & went ; no parts arrived
January came - we were told the parts would be here 25 January
It’s February 16th still no parts.
Our dealer has been as helpful as possible but Adria UK are not. We have tried contacting Adria UK by email & by messenger. I understand my email has been passed to the managing director but I still have no reply or even an acknowledgment
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed with this? Wondering if this will ever be sorted :(
