Can't help directly, but try and follow the mains wire in from the hook up point, might give a clue. The MCB shouldn't be too far away.

The trip switches should be all together ,if they are all ok , have you tripped the supply from the hookup? They tend to be more sensitive than the ones in the LV

A good idea. Ours is mounted in the bottom of the wardrobe immediately behind where I plug in the EHU cable. If there is a cupboard in that location, I would start there.

Thanks all for your advice, paid off and I found it, yeah  it's in the cupboard under the oven for anyone else in a Zefiro 675.  Of course, we looked everywhere apart from there . Thanks again x H.
