Repairs Assistance - Solar Panels

We have a minibus converted into a camper - it's very nice but was done by a private individual so is not stock.  However stuff in it does go wrong periodically as you would expect, and what we have found is that no mobile or depot based repair person or shop will touch it.  We have fixed most things ourselves but we have an issue with the solar panel now which we simply can't fix (although we've tested electrically to see what might be the broken bit - there's no charge reaching the panel), but we cannot get any specialist company to respond to our requests for help - we simply get blanked.  I just need someone to be prepared to either take the van in and fix it - or come here and fix it or install something else - we don't mind - we can pay - but we just can't get anyone to help.  We live in thetford - we'd be delighted if anyone on here has a recommendation or even better is a specialist who would be prepared to help us fix this issue.  Thanks for reading this in advance of receiving any recommedations!
