Renting out your motorhome....

Because my wife & I still work we don't make as much use of our Rapido motorhome as we would like and so have quite a considerable asset sitting doing nothing for most of the year.

It has occurred to us that maybe we could generate some income by renting her (always her, never it!) out for part of the year.

Has anyone tried this? What are the pitfalls?

I guess there are insurance implications, does anybody know what they are?

Any comments/advice greatfully received.
